Diamond Plated Miniature Flat Tip Drill Bits.

These plated miniature flat-tip drill bits are used with high speed, hand held tools. Foredom or small precision drill presses. The diamond are plated on flexible, stainless steel music wire. A great tool for drilling small holes for wire hanging of glass and ceramics. Also works great for carving, etching and scribing of glass, ceramics and Stones wares. Always submerge in coolant.

DIAMOND DRILL BITS

These plated drills are perfect for use with portable tripod and cup style drilling machines. With it's special saw-tooth design, these drill bits tends to be more aggressive than others. Use with coolant and in conjunction with a retaining ring for best results.

Although plated, these drills bits may be sharpened one time with a Diamond sharpener or sharpening stone after it is totally worn out to expose some of the remaining diamonds. This will extend the life of the drill bits for a short period of time.

Always wear proper safety gears including eye protection when drill glass. Work should be performed on a flat, horizontal surface. A ground Fault Circuit Interrupter must be used when using any type of electric tool in conjunction with water or coolant. Failure to follow any of these precautions can result in operator injury.
